Q. Does remote tutoring really work?

A. Thousands of students worldwide are learning online and the numbers are rapidly increasing.   It can be effectively used by people of all age and interests.  Jupiter2x(Learning) tutoring is provided one-on-one, and is focused on issues that the student needs help with. We will be happy to provide references to existing students and their parents.

Q. What are the advantages of on-line tutoring?

A. Online tutoring is one-on-one, affordable, eliminates the need to drive your children to a tutoring center, and leverages highly qualified tutors.

Q. What kind of quality control processes are in place?

A. In addition to rigorous selection and training processes for tutors, we also have counselors who act as student advocates. Their role is to ensure that student's issues are addressed promptly. They also proactively attend random tutoring sessions, and provide feedback. Finally, we solicit feedback from every student and tutor at the end of every session. This feedback process is taken very seriously, and all outliers are discussed with parents.

Q. What do I do if the process is not working for my child?

A. Please discuss it with your assigned counselor – to understand why the system is not working. They can recommend new tutors based on the child's learning style, or address other issues.  If you believe it still is not working, you can cancel at any time. If you believe that face-to-face tutoring will work better, in some instances we may be able to recommend tutors in your local area.

Q. Can I go back and revisit my sessions?

A. White-board sessions are recorded and available on the web to the student / parents or even class-room teachers after the class is over. You can also record the audio part of the session if you like.
